Cindy has been in the medical field for the past twenty years, both working directly with people and administrative. She has found her purpose in life when she felt satisfaction in making people's lives better with helping , educating, and growing these underserved populations. 

He was drawn to work with the elderly since he took care of his grandmother when he was still an adolescent. He mentioned this detail to his high school counselor and was advised to give this profession a try. He now has been taking care of the elderly for Serenity house since it opened, and all together 20 years of his life.
